Semi-Sweet Bio Red wine is made of Saperavi grapes with maceration by skin contact for 6 months in Qvevri, aged in Oak barrels for 2 years! Grapes are from Bio certified Andronikashvili winery and are harvested in Kakheti (Akhasheni micro zone). There are pronounced notes of blackberries, black plums and ripe cherries in taste. It is refined and harmonious with a smooth-sweet ending. Best served with various fruit and deserts.
